Location was good, lots of places to eat and drink. The room was a full apartment with all ameneties needed to feel right at home. The place seemed recently fitted with a "recently fitted" feel. The views were also great and the local stores on the ground floor offer convenience to a range of stores and eateries. Staff were always pleasant and attentive.
I would love to stay here again.
The washer dryer was touch and go. The washing machine functions, perfect. The dryer never dried my clothes no matter how many times I put it on a dry cycle. I did this 4 times to very few garments and they were still wet at the end. I realised too late that there was a fully laundering experience very near by in the local outdoor mall. The price was so wonderfully affordable I wouldn't have ever waste time doing it myself.

Every thing was awesome but the restaurant needs to serve more American food only ate breakfast and it was ok but you the scrambles were not kept warm after they were put out I did not like to have cold scrambled eggs work on keeping the food hot after being set out I got a taxi from the Lex to the Citadines and the driver never heard of the Citadines tell people to tell the taxi that your place is on BASE line so the driver knows where the place is the first driver kept driving around and even into so Alley I thought I was going to get mugged and ripped off so make sure pun on your place of business is on Base line ok loved the washing machine and the price is the best I got more for my dollar at the Citadine and the store in what I call is a basement was really nice to everything you need is in the store and the prices are pretty reasonable so thank you your business was great success for me thank you just keep the eggs at least warm I had cold eggs not good room for improvement but for the dollar you can not beat it thank you
Cold eggs I don’t like to eat cold eggs before I had my 15 hour flight to Paris I could not get a belly full no one eat cold eggs the scrambled eggs also why not have scrambled eggs with cheese also every one I know like eggs with cheese in them thank you ok

They didn,t have towels in our room when we arrived, but after we called at the reception they brought then immediately, and the body lotion in the bathroom has been finished.

Fitness room was ok (only very few equipment, but I could do almost everything I wanted) Nice staff, scooter rental not far away, possibility to park scooters for free, nice pool, clean, comfortable, pretty nice breakfast.

El personal era muy amable. Desayuno buffet variado y relativamente cualitativo.
La ubicación y la limpieza de la habitación. En varias ocasiones encontramos cucarachas muertas, y el baño tenía marcas de uso. Transfer del aeropuerto al hotel excesivamente caro. El triple que con la aplicación Grab (Uber en Filipinas).

Everything! Worth every penny. The staff were excellent, the amenities were fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and had a memorable last night in Cebu City. The breakfast is NOT to be missed, an abundance of food that will definitely fill you up for the whole day. Highly recommend to everyone.

This place is outstanding. A hotel/condo place where the facilities are quite nice, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, and the rooms are large and comfortable. Depending on what you book, you can get a kitchenette, and there is a grocery store downstairs. Terrific 9th floor infinity pool overlooking Cebu City with nice views. This is a great place to stay and I would gladly stay again. Bonus - they had their own party on site during Sinulog, and it was a great time.
Nothing. I would have to stretch to find something to complain about. I would suggest though that they need to add a few tables to the rooftop pool area on the 9th floor. No reason not to have more tables there, they have the room, and there are only two right now.

- The breakfast has a lot of variety but the quality is not so good. To get to the breakfast location you have to exit the hotel and enter the next door caffe, sometimes it is overcrowded and you have to wait your turn

We stayed with Citadines Cebu City for 3 nights.
The staff were friendly and were always keen to help!
The pool has an amazing view of the city.
The breakfast spread has a great selection that is sure to satisfy everybody.
Finally the location is ideal, there is a convenient store of the building, a launderette around the corner and some restaurants around the area. Many of the big shopping malls are only a few minutes away and only cost less than 200 pesos (based on grab).
One small thing that bothered us was that the internet was very bad, almost unusable at times, took ages to load a simple website. But we do understand that it might due to many people connected to it during busier times as we were on last floor.
Finally, the room that was allocated to us was a non-smoking room, however there was a faint smell of cigarette in the room and on the furniture inside so we had accommodation team coming every day to spray some refreshener.

They made our stay extra special by decorating our room for our anniversary. That was something I did not entirely expect but they did it for me and my partner. They also gifted us boxes of sweets to celebrate it with. It's a memory we will always treasure.
Also, this hotel is very accessible to a lot of places. Taxi is always available right outside the hotel lobby and there are plenty of food places nearby plus a mini grocery just beneath it. I had so much peace of mind during our stay in this hotel.
Me and my partner always look forward to hotel breakfast. The one we had at this hotel could be better especially the brewed coffee. And some of the pumps in the bathroom were not working properly as well. But that's just us being very neat-picky

Security is really tight, all the staff, K9 dog, huge menu for breakfasts, room really clean, swimming pool, grocery store, pharmacy and convenience stores right inside the building. Hard to imagine a better place for a first stay in the Philippines inside a major city. This place makes me felt safe and secured. We also enjoyed all the restaurants.
No smoking area, had to go on the other side of the street and less comfortable at night.

De locatie is zeer goed, als je in het centrum wil zitten. Er zijn steeds taxi's beschikbaar voor de deur. Het ontbijt is fantastisch, vooral hun broodproducten. De croissants, chocoladebroodjes, verschillende soorten brood...zijn overheerlijk.
In Booking staat dat er een rokers gedeelte is. Dat is er niet. Je wordt verwezen naar een leegstaand pand aan de overkant, zie foto, waar je op de trap mag roken tussen (weliswaar vriendelijke) dakloze mensen die daar slapen. Omdat ik lege verpakkingen van sigaretten in mijn vuilbakje had, wou men mij extra aanrekenen omdat ik in mijn kamer zou gerookt hebben,wat absoluut niet het geval was! De kamer wordt alleen op vraag gepoetst, maar we moesten een dag wachten en het nogmaals vragen voor er effectief iemand kwam,met als gevolg geen schone handdoeken of toiletpapier meer. Het zwembad is mooi maar ligt naast de receptie wat niet echt een privacy gevoel geeft. Er was elke dag een groot SWAT en politie team aanwezig, geen uitleg voor, dat gaf een onveilig gevoel.
