Wonderful stay

Very clean and hygienic facility. Very cooperative staff. The hotel is connected to a big mall and easily we can go from the hotel to the mall through a separate entry which is very helpful to spend time well.

Room service food menu is very limited and water bottles provided in the room are concerned about safety because it may cut your hand due to very sharp edges.

Stayed for 2 days. Loved it, so I extended my stay for another 2 days. Greatly appreciate the staff!

Best service I have ever experienced. Visited Indonesia for 30 days and this has been my favorite location. Front desk does a great job. Special thanks to Rosul for quickly helping solve minor issues with our room. Highly recommend the breakfast, not just because of the taste but for the experience. Thank you so much to the Chef and Ducan for making our breakfast experience special.

Nothing to dislike. Perfect experience. Not sure if texting via WhatsApp was an option or not but if it is available, it would add to the convenience. It’s my preferred method of communication.

One of the best hotels - you can simply feel the quality

* Perfect location (right above the mall Pakuwon Idah). * Bromo sunrise tour accessible. * Fantastic facilities. * Patient, helpful and professional staff (Paulina). Checked us in with the brightest smile and gave us traditional welcome drinks. Upgraded our room because of our special celebration and gave us a call when the room was ready. * Great bed and pillows for good sleep. * Great view from the window! * The gym was decent and the swimming pool was splendid!

The only thing I can maybe make a comment on is the fact that our room has a door connected with the room next to us. (It might be designed that way so that families could stay close together.) So unfortunately we can hear very clearly what was going on in the room next to us... PS. If you take a taxi from the airport make sure you mention the name of the Pakuwon Indah mall though because there are two Sheraton in the city so the taxi driver could be confused (well, ours did).

It was a great place to stay in Surabaya on a business trip.

It is a very nice hotel that is located in Pakuwon Indah Mall. Very convenient to go to stores and restaurants. The hotel is very clean, cozy and comfortable. Moreover, the staff were very kind and helpful.

other than parking and cramp access to the lobby hotel, everything else is great

Location in the Pakuwon Mall is the plus of this hotel

the access to the hotel lobby by car with parking ticket of Rp10K even for taxi is not appropriate people dropping off hotel patrons , taxi and grab should NOT be charged with parking !!

Had a pleasant restful trip in Surabaya. My first time but never the last.

1. All staff greet & treat their customers well; from the door to counter to room staff. 2.Super clean room (junior suite room 932) accessible to mall and grab calls. Easy place to find food.

Great accommodation! Top quality rooms and all facilities you can think of and more. Speedy check in, wonderful breakfast (so much choice and so tasty). We were allowed to check put later than 12pm and were upgraded to a bigger room with stunning views of the city.

The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Staff were welcoming and helpful. The bed was so comfortable. My room was upgraded to one with a bathtub which was amazing.

I will be back to stay in this hotel again.

-Breakfas very good. -The waiters also exellent for service all i need, fast with smile. -Just need more locall food (East Java food). -I just didn't find stawberry jam for two days.

The door in front of my room 1610, they are very annoying wth going in and out, the door opens and closes and the sound is very loud, but after i call the hotel to tell them and finished.

Wonderful Stay

Our stay was perfect. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, the service was great especially Mas Reva who served us with smile🙂 Perfect location and hotel with the access to the malls, comfortable bed/room. Will be back for sure!
