Comfortabel en relaxed

Gastvrij, fraaie ruime kamers, goed ontbijt. Fijne locatie om de streek te verkennen

Mooi verblijf vlakbij de mooiste streken in Limburg, met prijzig maar erg goed eten.

Eten en drinken is er erg goed maar ook erg duur. Personeel is vriendelijk en beleefd maar een tikje formeel. De entourage is mooi omdat het een historische carre-boerderij is zoals in deze streek veel voorkwamen. Deze is ook smaakvol ingericht. De ruime binnenplaats is een fijne plek om rustig te zitten en evt wat te drinken als het weer goed is.

Het is aan de erg dure kant, maar het is het wel waard qua kwaliteit, entourage en exclusiviteit.

Een mooi hotel op een prachtige locatie!

Aardig personeel

Slecht geslapen door geluidsoverlast. Veel lawaai op de gangen en in de ochtend van de schoonmaak. Tv ging aan in de nacht. Qua de prijs hadden we meer luxe verwacht van de kamer.

Fantastisch !!

ik had een kamer geboekt van wege onze 20 jarige huwelijk,nou ze hebben ons in de watten gelegd van rozenblaadjes,tot aan een persoonlijke kaart,een doosje bonbons! En het hield niet op zelfs bij het nagerecht,bij het ontbijt zelfs bubbels. Het personeel was warm,je kom voelen dat ze met plezier daar werken,kortom we hebben genoten Mooi verblijf,heerlijke kamers een aanrader voor iedereen !!

Wonderful

The staff and facilities were just outstanding. The staff were very attentive but not intrusive. The bed was firm and perfect. The hotel is in a beautiful area. The dinner was sublime.

Nothing. We had a perfect stay. I can't think of anything.

We will definitely stay again!

This former traditional square farm has been beautifully transformed to a luxurious hotel. Everything from the atmosphere, the finishes and the staff was superb.

We visited during an exceptional hot July and the lack of A/C was a drawback.

Came for a wedding and the whole experience was amazing

Great food with a wide variety for dietary requirements and very friendly service. The setting in the vineyard was stunning. The rooms were spacious and the bedding very comfortable

Feeling like in Tuscany

the location is beautiful. the restaurant is amazing (dinner is must have!) breakfast is lovely and has everything you need. i have to give the credit to lovely personnel that would make everything to make you feel well and comfortable. i felt like I was in Tuscany 😍

1. the carpet in the room looked a bit dirty or maybe it was too old 😉 (the idea is to clean deeply with water and soap - there a special machines for that, not just vacuum). 2. Also I found hair tuft on the bathroom floor (but I am sure it was just a miss as the rest of the bathroom looked clean)

I’m afraid we won’t be back..

-We liked the garden to sit and relax and have a drink. (Keep in mind that when it’s not summer weather, and you’d have to stay inside, there’s not a really nice place where you can sit and relax. The bar is dated and definitely not the place where we would like to sit) But with warm weather the courtyard is really nice. -We only liked the younger staff members. They were kind, not as ‘stiff’, and they seemed to understand the meaning of ‘service’.

-We booked two suites and one Premium room. The interior of the rooms and bathrooms are dated, they really need a brush-up. -Paper coffee cups in a hotel like this, really?! -Staff: all the young people who are working at the Winselerhof are friendly and service oriented. But we had some experiences with other staff members that weren’t so great. One example: when we checked out, my husband and I asked the senior waiter if we could have a lunch in the garden. (We saw some tables, and possibilities to sit). The day before we’d had an extensive lunch there with 5 people, and he’d been our waiter too. The waiter hardly looked at us and, while walking, answered: “No. We’re fully booked.” Very unfriendly. And not professional.

Great staff, great room, fantastic restaurant, exceptional value for money!

Room exactly as advertised, restaurant is excellent with exceptional value for money. Breakfast was also great! Definitely recommended!

Location, style, ambience

Service was stiff, specially in Restaurant. Not very flexible, knowledgeable or customer oriented. Loads of young people trying to do their job but not very professional. Food was different but ok !

Breakfast at a Michelin star restaurant

The location well renovated old structure in a smart way combined old and new.

The restaurant is excellent but the breakfast is poor. Just a bit more attention, a try to give a twist instead serve 2 cold cuts 1 Gouda cheese and a few more classic options. Also the terrace super nice set up but need some more attention on details , the pots with flower are withered, the tables are not clean etc etc

A good recommendation and facility to return to for a second stay.

The receptionist and staff were very friendly. The accommodation breaths traditional atmosphere and delivers good comfort. The bathroom and bed were really comfortable. The surroundings give many opportunities for outdoor activities.

We would have preferred better cups for coffee and tea in de room, instead of paper cups. The fungus-attachment on the shower-coatings could be removed.
