The beautiful place. It's an beautiful town built on top of a mountain.
The photos and description of room booked through booking was not same as what the hotel provides.
Staff can't communicate in English.
Everything is charged at a premium, like vnd 50000 for water bottle in hotel, vnd 100000 for missing hotel key, etc.

The outside of the property, buildings, restaurant bar and facilities and the grounds are beautiful unfortunately the inside of the rooms let’s it down.
The king room we paid $500AUD for (2nts) was dirty, stained walls very dark ad depressing and had around 70cm around the bed to walk around. No other space. The view was of the back of an outdoor display. The bathroom was small but fine. The couple we were with were in the main building and their room was completely different and luxurious (same price) . There are many hotel buildings. Paris being the main one. With the better rooms
Also be prepared to take your own luggage up in the cable car and pay for it. Not what I’d expect for the price but we had a great time it was a fun place to visit

We were able to enjoy the calmness of french village in the evening as we stayed in the hotel.

The staff were LOVELY and the bed was comfy.
The room was TINY, the options for restaurants could have been larger and less expensive, the cable car to the hotel costs... even if you're a guest, which is ridiculous because it's the only way you can get there. There was a loud drilling from the building works, which made it impossible to want to spend any amount of time in the expensive room. Overpriced for what we received. It's more for children and even then, if the main roller coaster is closed, this needs to notify guests before arrival. Nice idea, but needs rebranding.

Beautiful resort although for me personally it's more an experience that I'm happy to do once. Wouldn't do it again.

Hotel guests have an exclusive access to the Golden bridge from 6am-7:30am. I booked the Deluxe King room. It was a spacious room with balcony view.
The property is confusing to explore even with a map.
There is a different route for the cable car going down which the staff will guide you. However upon landing of the cable car, there is no one to guide you to the exit to the drop off lobby. I had a hard time navigating the hallways and escalators to reach the drop off lobby for the car that will pick me up.

I love absolutely everything about the property! The staff is very knowledgeable. They were ready to help you at any time. It was my birthday, and they decorated my room for me. They left me really good dessert it was really cute. Really really nice! It was the best.☺️✈️🥂 🥳🎂

The location of the property was amazing
The price charged for rooms were a bomb compared to the size of the rooms. The food options were very limited and not that great. Also, there was an issue with the light of the rooms as switching off few switches were making the whole room dark and lights were t7rning back on quickly.

We stayed one night here and unfortunately the weather this day was cloudy and raining. We got on the cable car to the top and was greeted by the bellboys from the hotel. We had to walk in the rain to reception, no umbrella was offered from cable car to reception. Once we checked in, there was water on the floor from leaks in the roof in foyer from the rain. The rooms require major renovations for the price of the room. Our fridge didn’t work and safe was broken.
Overall we are glad we stayed one night but over priced for the quality, especially when you can get better priced accommodation with much newer/better facilities everywhere else in Vietnam.
The afternoon cleared up and we were lucky enough to see the golden bridge and gardens.

The place itself is breathtakingly beautiful. It is immaculately kept, lots of facilities and just a real blessing to be in such a spectacular place.
What I didn't appreciate is the booking system. Upon check-in, I was advised that I had to pay extra because my children were above 12. When I booked, I stated my children's current age and paid accordingly. So, to be asked to pay extra was not only bizarre but unprofessional on their part. It took almost an hour back and forth of arguments to finally be allowed to check in without having to pay surcharges.
The hotel room was also not the best maintained and kept. It looked more like a dorm than a hotel room.

the property is beautiful, really nicely built hotel looking like a European city.. the mountain top location definitely adds charm. in our case it was covered in clouds, but i’m sure the views are amazing as well. it is definitely worth visiting. the staff is really nice and accommodating.
the hotel rooms are very dated. only one building has AC control in the room. in all other buildings it is a centralized system, you have to call the reception if you need temperature change, and they will send an engineer in 20 minutes, who doesn’t speak English to adjust temperature for your room. i’m not even sure if such facilities qualify for a 4 star hotel..
everything aside a couple couple of buffet restaurants and one bar close at 5pm!!!! this includes the cable car (so you have to get to the hotel before 5pm) and the theme park. so there’s literally nothing to do after 5pm. An employee at theme park told us it closes at 7pm, so when we showed up at 5pm everything was closed. my daughter was very disappointed.
there’re no nice restaurants. all food is of mediocre quality and way overpriced.

It is such an amazing experience for us to stay at Mercure Danang French Village . Great place and hotel. We have fun very much. High class service from staffs . Definitely going to be a memorable experience for us . Lucky when first day we reach there its not raining heavily , so we take a lot of photos on that day but on our second day its raining non stop & need to wear raincoat. So , for those who planning to go Bana Hill normally Oct till Dec its raining season . Anyway , I am 100% Fully Satisfied With Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills. Thank You So Much For Everything.

I like the location, the design of the hotel. Breakfast is also good.
Toilet is open to the room, I didn’t dare to use it as i were afraid that i would sting the whole room. I used the common bathroom at ground floor instead.
The staff could be a bit friendlier.

The vibe and the view was amazing
The AC did not have the remote control in the room. It depended on what the hotel set the temperature and it was too warm for us to sleep comfortably. Also, the room was a bit dusty and the hair dryer was broken.

The location of course is great, that's given. I must say we were able to get the best of our stay considering the activities and attractions available. All bellboys and staff who attended to us were polite and had been very helpful. They also have a great breakfast options.
Ambience is good, but the room and facilities are still not worth the price. The water from the bathroom leaked into the bedroom. No water stopper in the bathroom and no hot water for the shower either.

Service was slow and some staff were very rude, little to no signage to direct you to hotel so got lost several times, beds were uncomfortable, asked for power adaptor but reception had none available

The night at the Mercure was really chill, the bed also comfy!
Faced some communication barriers as not every hotel staff can speak/understand English, but receptionist no problem.

I like the place itself. It was really good. the breakfast was superb. The location was just great and the castles are magnificent! it is beautiful.
I have a few things for this:
1. check-in is just not flexible- and check out time is too early! 10:30.
2. Staff and information- with regards to information, the staff is not proactive in giving important information.
example: we are not told that the CABLE car is halted bec of the rain. There is no difference between the hotel guest (paid the night or two to stay there) and the day tour guests in terms. I do understand this case, but it would be nice if they could've told us earlier- gave us an email or something- not until we came to ask them and the LINE was just tooooo long and had to wait for 1 hour or so before getting on the next cable car. Be aware of this-
another thing to note- no staff tried to help us out with our luggage and it just defeated the purpose of our stay to rest- so. This was my second visit to this and during this time I decided to stay in the hotel- but i did not expect it would be like this. So, just know this and be guided accordingly (We satyed in July so it is the rainy season). The first time we sttayed was early January- the weather is cloudy so check on that too.)
