Overall we enjoyed our stay. It met our needs and having a dance hall across the way was great

I thought the Breakfast was decent, but the location was what we were more happy with.

There is nothing in particular we didn't like about our stay. I wish I wouldv'e known there was a bbq pit at the pool.

Sleep for Work

Night Clerk was helpful in dealing with 3rd party. Gave me a discounted rate because I didn't have enough and had to be at work the next day. Would definitely recommend them. They have been kind and accommodating.

My parents, my wife, and myself were all highly disappointed and most likely won't be staying again.

I liked the concierge that was available when we arrived.

The hotel was under construction so I feel we should have gotten a discounted rate. It's the cheapest hotel in town at 140 a night but I would've rather paid the extra 50 bucks to stay in a nice hotel. Breakfast was awful, pool closed down, just a total wreck.

Cheap but bad experience

good location and good price

After a long day we had a late check in, at check in we were given a room so we went to the room and it looked like someone was just laying there and there was trash. ok understandable it can happen, then they gave us another room after letting the front desk know and the room they gave us was in the same condition as the first. wife and I carrying our luggage went back to front desk and I was a little disappointed. Then before the next room was issued to us the front desk employee had I guess one of his employees (wasn’t in uniform) go check the room before giving us keys to that room. Then we get that room and I understand there are renovations going on but the beds were dirty, bathroom was dirty but we just said oh well let’s stay the night. just horrible experience, hope they get it together

Wouldn’t stay again unless changes were made.

The gentleman that checked us in was really nice and friendly.

One of the beds had hair on a pillow and sheets. The bedding obviously wasn’t changed, just made. Me and my daughter ended up sharing the other bed. Both bed skirts were stained. The media was sticky, I had Clorox wipes and cleaned it. Also cleaned the bathroom sink area because there were small pieces of hair around it. The carpet looked dingy and not vacuumed so we kept socks on while walking around the room. I would suggest training or getting new housekeeper’s and maybe changing out the carpets. The property looks really nice on the outside and I’m sure it will look nice when they are done renovating downstairs.

The manage Gatlin needs to be replaced. he lied to a customers face and then proceeded to lie about my room being clean when it wasn’t. my room was supposed to be ready at 3 but wasn’t ready until after 5.

elevator not working. I had to climb 3 flights of stairs. No breakfast. I arrived at 3 AM and had to check out by 11AM

Great hotel to book when planning a Cabela's shopping day.

Staff were great at sorting out late check out.

It was under renovation so no breakfast.

not impressed. Staff said booking site aware of renovations which was loud and woke us up

Booking site stated breakfast & pool, which wasn’t available. Under renovation, door lock inop, had to slam door. Room didn’t get cleaned on Saturday. Had to ask for soap. Bath mat all stained & dirty. Shower had high pitched squeal when running.

Get the breakfast room open, make sure coffee isin room.

Location. The staff was good but understaffed I think.

Hotel is being remodeled. The breakfast room was closed and full of furniture. Ie. no breakfast being served. There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee pods for nights 1 and 3. Price was too much due to these issues.
