Die Mirarbeiter sind freundlich und versuchen jede Aufgabe zu lösen.

Das Hotel liegt eine Straße hinter dem Playa.

In der Nähe ist bis in die Nacht der dumpfe Ton von Musik am Strand zu hören und an Feiertagen kann es schon mal was länger lauter sein, so bis um 7 Uhr morgens.

La vista.

Los pasillos parecen sacados de cuento de terror, no tienen muchas luces, el ascensor es viejo y no permite más de 3 personas. Nos toco el último piso, cucarachas y olor a húmedad.

Please don't give these people your money.

Nothing. Apart from the staff, everything about this place was terrible.

The fact there was 0 hygiene. There was dust, humidity and just an overall sence of abandonment. To top it all off, the bed was old and one could literally feel the springs pressing on your back as you try to get some sleep. Super uncomfortable.

Lovely clean Apartment

On arriving the English speaking lady showed us to our apartment, then checked the cupboards for pans,plates etc so we could cook in the apartment, the fridge did not have a door on the freezer section so the fridge was replaced.The old microwave broke down the next day and this was replaced. Toilet leaked but was repaired very quickly. Really nice staff. The apartment was very cosy and was cleaned througly every two days with new towels.the bedding was also changed every fourth day.Nice end apartment with two balconies one over looking the pool.The pool was clean and all areas hosed down each day. All areas were kept very clean.The best beach was by, turning right out of the building,and walking past bars until you see a sign for Juan Dolio beach on the left and through a walkway going directly onto the beach.Beautiful White sand Beach,you won't be dissapointed

The pool area was disappointing as the furniture was old and mainly broken,l think struggling after covid.No bar by the pool ,it was in reception and did not feel like a bar. Large groups turned up at weekends ,picnics and booze and big Speakers each group had speakers with different music going.As no bar they were not controlled and spoilt it for other people. Music is okay but not more than one at a time.

I’m always staying there but this time there give a bad room the both room not clean iget in the office for someone can clean it the guys say ok it will send someone to do it no body come all day in all night ican sleeping with the small bad experience

Fair for the money.

Plenty of space. Beds are good We only booked for 1 night, didn't make use of kitchen.

Old and hard to keep up with maintenance. Restroom was not particularly clean, but good enough for 1night.

Nice staff, nice room, old building

They upgraded our room.. BIG THANK YOU for that... staff very friendly... location was ok too.. pool is nice.. room we got after the upgrade was very nice too

The building is old... the elevator is scary :) the nearest beach is quite dirty but you can get to a nicer beach if you walk a bit further

Never Again.

It's near the beach. There's a store close by where you can sit outside and talk to others. There's restaurants in walking distance.

The t.v. didn't work. We had no shower head. Our sheets were dirty. The staff wasn't friendly. The internet in the restaurant didn't work. They need a lot of appliances fixed or updated. There was no light in the hallway to prevent accidents when using the stairs. Didn't smell clean, it smelled like an old room that you would see in a scary movie. They tried to make it hard to get our money back. They moved us to a room that was worse. I paid extra for a better room but we received an uncomfortable living space.
