a dream stay.

breakfast and dinner buffet were exceptional and never had such delicious dishes in a buffet. staff was exceptinally well behaved and were very helpful , suggestive and helpful.

Terrible slow service. 25 mins ++ for a drink, rooms need refurbishment and extremely expensive for experience.

Oasis in Delhi

We spent 3 lovely days at Taj Palace during our visit to Delhi. The food and accommodation were excellent, but it was the very friendly staff and other guests that made our stay memorable. We were greeted and welcomed by Roshi at reception. The breakfast was outstanding catering for Indian and international tastes. Albert and Pravesh in the restaurant/lounge and Lawrence on the piano ensured all guests further enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend it, the location is convenient to the airport and situated in a green & uncrowded area. Price is great value too.

We could only stay 3 days. It was a lovely refuge from the traffic and noise of Delhi.

Reasonably ok

Its location and the staff behaviour was excellent

Swimming pool was too small and children r crying there totally and feel no relaxation and then in the health club also small children were sitting there creating all mess

The Taj Palace is NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL, very DISAPPOINTING!!!!!!

Awesome ambiance and welcome at reception. Breakfast was good.

Non-smoking room smelt of smoke. Two tiny single beds provided for 3 adults. Rooms and bathrooms require a renovation/upgrade. Outdated. The Manager tried to assist but not hard enough!! Very disappointing!!!!!!

Excellent stay

We reserved a two-night stay to adjust to the time difference before heading to Rajasthan. Familiar with Taj Palace hotels, we anticipated a seamless experience from check-in to check-out. As a delightful indulgence, we booked a dinner at the Orient Express for one night, and it exceeded all our expectations.

Amazing hospitality experience.

the whole experience from before the check in to the eventual check out was seamless. Very responsive and helpful staff at all times. We had a slight issue with the bathroom but the team responded immediately and gave us an upgrade.

A hotel I would stay at again

I was impressed by the kindness and service of the breakfast team chefs, especially Mani, Sameer & Raman. Thanks to them, it became a place I would love to visit again.

The check-in area is the face of the hotel, but the staff were very mechanical and unsmiling. The fact that you had to stand in a corner at the back when checking out, in a different place than checking in, not so smart image for the hotel.

Exceptional experience at Taj Palace

Welcome upon arrival was so warm, check-in was personal and made me feel special, the room was beautiful, I was upgraded to Taj Lounge class, the hotel interior is stunning, the views of lush greenery are beautiful, happy hour and afternoon tea were such a treat, checkout was a breeze. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly, and service is top notch.

If they arrange airport transfer, it is very expensive (~$40)

I am a pianist and there’s a piano in the lounge. The staff did not allow me to play the piano. That was very disappointing.

The customer service is exceptional and the Wellness Centre had great inclusions for guests - jucuzzi, steam sauna and gym.
