Our modern beach cottage is part of this resort and it is clean, comfortable, stylish and features an open floor plan with lots of natural light. It comfortably sleeps 6-7 guests. Parking is easy in our 2-car garage. Please note that the resort does not allow motorcycles, trailers or golf carts. Our one-story home features a large private enclosed courtyard with grill. Our home is a 8-minute walk or free shuttle ride to the ocean and pools. Our home has been professionally-decorated and completely refurnished. We bought new furniture, art, lighting, rugs, mattresses, bedding, TV's, draperies and kitchenware. Our home has tile flooring throughout and features 9-10' ceilings. The large master suite features a Tempurpedic king-sized bed with new mattress, 42' LED TV, silk drapes, ceiling fan, sitting area, deluxe walk-in closet with organizers, large master bath with double granite vanity and tub/shower. The master bedroom has complete privacy from the other two bedrooms because it's located on the other side of the home. The queen bedroom is tastefully-decorated with a seagrass headboard, white silk drapes, LED TV, DVD player, ceiling fan and large closet. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds, a TV, DVD player, ceiling fan, silk drapes and lots of child-related necessities in the closet including a Graco Pack N Play, baby changing pad, baby gate, fan, and booster dining seat. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave), granite counters, washer and dryer and a 4-seat bar. The dining room table seats 8 and is open to the living room. The floor plan is unique because there's a private interior courtyard in the middle of the home with a table, chairs, chaise lounges and grill. Our home has free Wi-Fi (private network) and Netflix. The living room TV has a 55" Ultra HD 4K Smart LED TV and we have upgraded cable with 220 HD channels! We have sand toys, a baby pool, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler, kite, water toys, beach towels and more.
