Excellent location and friendly property manager, would stay again!

Loved the location and communication between the property manager and I! Towels, linens, detergent, and hand soap all supplied. Clean and comfortable beds and couches and soft sheets. Coffee pot, oven, stove, and freezer all worked perfectly. Nice laundry machines and showers! The fenced in back yard was tremendous for the dogs however we could not figure out how to turn on the hoses in the back. All of the beach toys and umbrellas were a very sweet addition.

For all the great things about the property, there were a few items that didn’t work great! The fridge would not get cold enough no matter how long we kept it closed or how lightly packed it was and our meat and milk ended up going bad which was really unfortunate. The carpets upstairs were stained and dirty, but I get it’s very difficult in a rental to keep those clean! The walls and kitchen cabinets were also dirty, but again, difficult to keep those clean as well though!

Epic location and customer service!

The location was spectacular! At most it was a 4 minute walk to the beach, it could be seen driving to the beach house. There was a small eatery on the corner where we got burgers the first night after driving from KY which was awesome! The staff was amazing as well. There was a power surge which did something to the refrigerator but I contacted the owner and they sent a repair person immediately. I even offered to wait on them while my family went to the beach but the owners said they had it taken care of and for me to go enjoy myself. This type of care and customer service speaks volumes. As far as other entertainment, there was plenty and it was all within 30 minutes of the house which was amazing. I can't say enough great things about my stay. On the way home we even mentioned about going back next year!

The only thing that we didn't like was leaving. I'm not the type of person who vacations, it always seemed a pain. I was actually a little sad as we left.

We love the location, and sitting on the back porch with the wonderful view!

The location was excellent. But there was no breakfast. The coffee maker was hard to work.

When I came into the bedroom, there were crumbs on the bedroom floor. The whole house needs a little bit of TLC. There’s rust in the bathroom. The kitchen didn’t have a good supply of bowls. The knives were dull. The house was advertised as seating six, but they were only four chairs at the table. There was dog hair all over the couches and pillows on the couch. The amenities were sparse!

Very exceptional!

I love the fact that we really didn’t need anything everything was prepared around the house. I’ve never seen any place have so many supplies that are accessible and functioning equipment was a plus such as washer dryer refrigerator with icemaker! There were toys, beach towels, and boogie boards for the kids in the backyard is fenced in so it is a perfect family vacation getaway!

The small step on each of the bathrooms were a tad bit scary but otherwise it was beautiful!
