Personnel très aimable, respectueux et discret.
Petits commerces et 7/11 à 5 minutes de marche.
Beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs.
La plage juste en face. Taxi-boats à 3 minutes de marche. Très bonne literie. Climatisation fonctionne très bien. Serviettes propres tous les jours.
Les ustensiles de cuisine sont très limités, 1 poêle et 1 petite casserole.
Les chambres sont assez petites.
Les horaires de la piscine limités de 9:30 à 19:30. Nous aurions voulu profiter de la piscine au delà de 19:30 car il faisait très chaud.

Das Personal, die Lage und der Service! Eve ist die gute Seele und jederzeit auch via WhatsApp erreichbar. Bungalow am Strand ist absolut fantastisch - wir waren mehr als begeistert. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht und man ist mit Taxi schnell überall! Tausend Dank für diesen traumhaften Aufenthalt 👍🏻

Kleiner Wermutstropfen ist dass man das Schlafzimmer nicht komplett verdunkeln kann wir schlafen gerne ganz dunkel

Die Lage war super, Gleichnis dem kleinen Fischerdorf. Die Häuser sehr sauber , ruhige sehr gepflegte Anlage und das Personal super nett und hilfsbereit

Prostorný apartmán s kuchyní, velkou ložnici, menším obývákem a terasou. Hned u terasy bazén. Ochotný personál na recepci. Vhodné pro rodiny s dětmi.
Ruch z ulice přímo za aparmanem. Na terase neni soukromí, ostatni aparmany si vidí do oken, sousedi jsou slyšet velmi zřetelně. K moři se musí přes silnici a projít druhým areálem, vstup do moře byl složitější. Lehátka jsou jen u bazénu.

The place looks amazing! We had a sea view room and it was incredible. A green garden with flowers on the beach, best view ever to wake up with! Very spacious and big appartment.
Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. For instance after it rained they send us a WhatsApp to tell us not to swim with calm water because of jellyfish. When we didn't know if the sea was too calm or not they came to check themselves and inform us it was save to go snorkling. With a big lovely smile :-)

We were in love with the village and at Silan we were right on the beach. highly recommend the beach bungalows. Other people in the reviews complained about the cleaning services not being done daily but I think they have a very good system. they WhatsApp you the day before and cleaning is done well. you get good value for money.

The size of the house and the location.
Hygiene is not important in this resort.
We were there with a 10 month old baby so everything had to be very clean. Unfortunately the bed linen was always full of stains. We discovered mold in the house and were given cut off smelly old towels to wash up. We then got our own sponge, but this was exchanged for a dirty one the next time we cleaned it.
We caught a bad infection from the pool and our hands started to fester. I suspect this is also due to the fact that there are a flock of dogs in the resort at night and they go swimming in the pool. The employees don't care. We also had a dog in our house. He didn't want to leave and I didn't want to touch him because he was very dirty.
We ended up having to pay an overpriced price for cleaning 10 towels because they had mango stains on them. When I asked if they didn't usually wash their towels, the answer came that their machines were too small and they had to send them to the cleaners. But as a guest, that's not my problem as they wash their towels. In retrospect, I found it pretty disgusting that their machines seem to wash so badly that not even mango stains came out of the towels. I'm not surprised that we all got sick after this stay. So if you want a clean and hygienic stay is definitely wrong here. The size and location of the house is the only thing that was good about this resort.

Really nice villas with a great pool, perfect if you have little ones as there's a shallow area. Gardens are well maintained, the villa was cleaned a few times while we were there. Work being done on a villa opposite didn't bother us at all even though they were kind enough to warn us in advance. Walking distance to beach, local amenities, lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Chaloklum is a village, peaceful but we went in the low season. Staff were polite and helpful

had a mosquito net which was handy, good location in terms of quietness, the Sunday market was just outside which was the highlight, has some good restaurants nearby, easy to find, has a small kitchen area which gives a bit more space, aircon works well
bad laundry service, expensive taxi service (500BHT) to port, not as good as pictures, bike unusable full of rust, activities mentioned on bookings not available, cold water in shower only, the cleaning service wasn’t daily which isn’t a big deal but for a 4 star hotel you would expect it especially for the price

House was just amazing. Grat ocan view close to many good restaurants and also great kitchen so you can make soke home cooking. Staff was very friendly and helpful with renting moterbikes and transfer to ferry pier. Would recomend these place specialy for familes. Really amazing stay!!!

Beautiful new location, right on the beach with an ocean view! Clean modern villa, with great air conditioning. The staff at check-in was great and friendly.
After check-in, the staff was not really existent even though they stated they were available to assist when needed. Not much really was needed from them except on the last night. relaxing in the living room I noticed what seemed to be the sound of running water in the bathroom but nobody was in there. When I went to check on it, I noticed the entire bathroom floor was flooded with water. I immediately messaged and called staff, including the alternate numbers given, and could reach nobody for assistance. Eventually, we received a message stating everything was closed and nobody was available until the morning. Luckily we took photos and forward them to let them know the toilet hose busted on its own and the only way to stop it was to shut off the water valve, which also meant the toilet was not really accessible the rest of the stay. A bit of an annoyance, and luckily, only happened on the last night. It definitely, had us wondering how they would have handled this had it happened in the middle of our stay.

The rooms are very big. The staff is super friendly and the price is good as well. The location is a bit special but very authentic Thai. You can find many local restaurants around and a real Thai atmosphere. Perfect for families and good for couples. Not for groups of friends that want to have fun at night.

Incredible place, with an amazing view. The seafront villa view is just breathtaking. Everything is clean and the facilities is well maintained. Our room was pretty big. The staff is super nice and responsive.
The location is pretty far for those who like more urban places to hang out. From digital nomad perspective, the WIFI was pretty weak.

Great location, staff were really friendly and helpful from the minute we got there. The villas are modern, spacious and cleaned daily. Pool area was quiet and relaxing. Chaloklum is a lovely little town with some great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Highly recommend to stay here!

Excellent location close to nice Malibu beach and good restaurants and 7eleven.
Stuff is extremelly friendly and lovely - they provide high level of service and help.
Apartments are very clean and comforable. Nice surprise was as outside bathtop under roof next to bathroom.
Pool are perfect for play with kids!
The rooms could be better shaded - some windows don’t have darkening courtains and morning sun is wakeing up. It is also a bit tough to put baby for a day nap with quite light room.

Great location. The first line, own trick to the sea. Very attentive and friendly staff. The communication with the manager Leo was especially pleasant. He helped resolve all issues.

The space is beautiful, the manager is excellent, it's very romantic, the sound of the ocean every night is so calming. Lot's of light.
We moved to another room on the final night (as we booked last minute that night), into the garden villa.
We really did not like this villa, so we cancelled this final night. But they were very friendly about it and allowed us to leave, which we greatly appreciated. Definitely get a beach front villa if you can!!
