Stop stealing deposits and treat people normally. If I arrive in a week and you won't let me in again, citing the la

After I wrote the truth about the hotel in the previous reviews, that they do not return the deposit, they do not let me into the room. Registration in Booking takes place and the hotel says that there are no rooms, although registration takes place when booking!!!! Terrible hotel!!! They steal the deposit, and if you tell the truth about them in the reviews, they won't let you into the room! They should be judged!!!!! Respond, Good lawyers ;) Uche was not allowed four times!!! There is a documentary confirmation of my words! And in the last two months I have been staying in this hotel for about a month. I rented rooms more than ten times for several nights!!! Draw conclusions!!! I am a local resident, but imagine what attitude to those who rarely come to them)))

Not 5 star service!

The facility location, beach, and pool area was really nice.

Staff in this hotel were not accommodating. I requested two rooms connected since I was a family of 4 children and 2 adults, as a result I was told to either book two rooms or a villa for triple the price and space necessary. I booked the rooms and when I arrived to check in it took over an hour just to tell me my children will have to be split to a completely different house about a block away from me. After requesting a better alternative and explaining that a 1,10,12,& 14 year old could not be alone and unattended… the staff continued to tell me that based on availability that was my only option. After hours of back and fourth and literally about to leave (even cried) they upgraded us to a villa. The experience was horrible and I would not return. Staff in the beach were extreme slow, ice scream booth had no ice scream and the workers were miserable and dry. The employees tone of voice and unfriendly demeanor was horrid. When I got to the villa I requested wifi access in which the personnel told me an incorrect password - I called back just to be told that a technician will “fix it in the morning”. I called back again and got another person on the phone this time and explained that I cannot stay with 4 kids in a hotel with no internet access and asked if there is another passcode for the wifi in which this new individual helped and provided a correct passcode. The amount of teeth pulling I did in the mere two days was disgusting and disappointing. I expected 5 star service but this did not meet the qualification. Villa had no water bottles and spited some bugs, over all maybe next time the experience can be different but still upset at all the run around I had to do at check in and how I spoke to about 4 people all in which were telling me they will do “their best” but never did anything. Lastly after almost walking out someone came and helped me stay beside my children by offering the villa but it really should have not been this way.

Peaceful, understated luxury and superb service

the villa was amazing! super comfortable. Our concierge Geovanny was super attentive and made our stay super smooth. Our maid Miosotis was superb, treated us really well and her food was amazing! we cannot wait to come back

not a good memory

did not receive breakfast

the toilet was stopped up all night after having someone come after 11 p.m to fix it. could not use the toilet overnight because there were ants all over the toilet

Superb

We stayed here with my husband for two days. The Casa de Campo area is great. There is nice beach. We loved the Marina area and the restaurants there. Altis de Chavon is a 10-15 min ride on a car or golf cart and we spent half a day strolling there.

There is construction in front of the hotel and it’s noisy during the day. The internet is not good, which was surprising for such property.
