The food and drinks made us all ill, we had to leave the restaurant and go back to room to be ill.

Great view and a spacious rustic room with everything we needed and more.

View was good. The room was spacious and we had everything we needed for the night. The fireplace with wood was a nice touch, although we did not use it. The bottle of sparkling wine was a nice bonus for our wedding anniversary. Staff was very friendly and the reception was very helpful.

Very noisy, but it is that time of the year. The resort was hosting a conference at the same time. Breakfast was good, a pity they could not provide scrambled eggs at the time.

Idyllisches Plätzchen inmitten der Natur

Ein Kleinod, vllt. etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber dafür ganz besonders bezaubernd und idyllisch. Phantastische Lage am Hang oberhalb des wunderschönen weißen Strandes auf verschlungenen Wegen in die Vegetation eingebettet. Sehr gutes Essen und sehr freundliches Personal

manches etwas reparaturbedürftig, wenn etwas stört wird es aber sogleich erledigt

Lovely setting and the housekeeping was excellent - general staff very nice. Restaurant has wonderful views.

One of the ladies at reception was quite unfriendly and saw us as a nuisance. The place has huge potential but needs some investment as it is beginning to look a bit shabby.

Great stay with great views

The view was next level. Receptionist and other staff was super friendly. Room well laid out. Extremely peaceful.

The grass thatch roof got caught in the door the whole time so it was quite tricky to close the door. Firewood was in the cabin but with no fire lighters so we ended up not using it.

The view was amazing

The 2 couches were in a terrible state. It was torn and had seen better days. Mouse droppings on and under the cushions. Reported to reception that there was a mouse but they did not nothing about it.

Wonderful reception, exciting decor, fantastic African themes throughout, staff true to there Africa

Due to weather, breakfast became cold very quickly, toast overcooked, coffee pots did not deliver hot enough coffee. Service by staff excellent, friendly .some waiters need more training.

Load shedding a problem for staff to deliver the food when requested. Not their fault.

the location is in an excellent position, and the beach is superb.

due to electrical power supply in SA we did suffer cut outs in our room.

Too expensive for such poor facilities and service

Location is good. Beautiful views

Chalet is outdated and needs upgrades in the bathrooms and the room furniture. There was a bad leak in the lounge area that had been there for a while, but the chalet is still being rented out. The wifi only worked for a day because of the outdated equipment / hardware. The staff / management service is poor. They either get the wrong information or they take forever to assist. We had to spend a while day at the chalet waiting for someone to come up and fix the leak, when out plan was to spend the day at the beach.
