I had a very nice stay.

Restaurants were great. Only complaint was their was no air conditioning. Beach was beautiful. Rooms were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning in the restaurant areas. It was very humid at this time of year and would have liked air conditioning as I was very hot all the time except for in the room.

Resort with beautiful beach, but expensive

-great location -fantastic beautiful Bayahibe beach -staff was ok, but could be better -great restaurants with great food

-staff working in the pool-bar in the adult-only was super slow -expensive resort -can’t get to many restaurants without reservations on the familly side

Excellent dining, excellent staff, excellent service at bars throughout, entertainment acceptable, rooms clean and comfo

Was there last August ‘22. Returned this August and the difference was notable in a good way. Dining improved, excellent staff from entry to exit. I recommend it highly.

I have no negative comments.

Disappointing

Disappointing experience, we had a leak in the ceiling of the room next to the bed and the staff was not helpful. After 4 calls (with different people) and a visit to the lobby we finally got a room change. No towels available in the beach area and the staff was not able to provide them.

Amazing trip

The food in all areas was great, and location were amazing. Staff very friendly and great fun.

The Playa collection staff. They will try to sell you time shares. Almost everyone we spoke to was giving out about being approached about signing up.

The staff was SUPER friendly and nice. The food in all the restaurants and buffets are TOP!!🤤. The hotel is super clean, the pools and the beach, beautifull and quiet.

Wonderful facilities in a pristine beach area .

Facilities are very good . Nice beach area ( free of sea weeds ) and excellent setting . As a golf player enjoyed the excellent a reasonably priced La Estancia ( perhaps an opportunity for Hilton to establish an agreement with the course at a discounted price for guests ?? ) The Grill restaurant has a fantastic placing and could be exploited a bit more

I was irritated with the numerous grading aspects . I think family / adults only is very appreciated but to then segregated areas ( beach , pools , restaurants ) is absolutely unnecessary. It requires you guys to police it and creates unnecessary stress on guests in general . Charge US$ 20 more per room and open access to all facilities .

1. The facilities are amazing 2. The service - especially Ubertis from the receptionist and Hector the night manager. They were friendly, helpful and kind. They showed great humanity and hell in any way, they are the best! 3. The location and the hotel

The level of the food itself can be improved. Alright the restaurants are fancy and positioned as high end - the food itself is rather mediocre. Breakfast was ok. Lunch and dinner weren’t good or at our taste

The hotel and beach were nice. Rooms were rather spacious. Having a complimentary covid testing on site was rather convenient.

Food was rather below average with little day to day variation and there were waiting lines in some restaurants. The hotel has a strange policy of "premium" services for which you have to pay extra even though you are already in an all inclusive resort, which only creates confusion and annoyance. The spa center does not have clean sheets. The staff was nice, but most of them did not speak English very well.

beautiful spot with wonderful beaches, views and pools. nice and helpful staff.

lots of extra fees for pools, beverages, tannings beds & areas that the hotel asks for in adding of 60$ per night for getting all this stuff. first time I have seen all inclusive hotels that asks for this type of extra charge for such basic stuff. in addition they have almost every evening private events that take place in main areas in frost of the beach, this preventing from regular hosted having the beach & sunsets.

the staff tried to help although not knowing english well.

horrible experience with the spa leading to a horrible experience with checking out with spa prices other than what was settled. would not elaborate more other than the experience overshadowing the whole stay during our honeymoon.
