Bonito pero con sus asegunes

Primer fiasco: nos dan una habitacion que no tenia la cama hecha sin sabanas ni nada. Segundo fiasco: en la siguiente habitacion encontramos croquetas de perro, la dejamos ahi y al dia siguiente, ahi seguia la croqueta, señal que no aspiraron bien la habitacion. Tampoco rellenaron los botes de agua pura. Tercer fiasco: habia dos camas en la habitacion y un cama estaba super mal hecha, las sabanas tocaban el piso! Cuarto fiasco: alguien del personal de aseo, toca a la puerta en la mañanita y nos pregunta ; a que hr piensas salir y dejar la habitacion?👀👀👀 preguntamos en recepcion que por que alguien toca a la puerta del cuarto para preguntar a que hrs se van? Habiendo telefono en la recamara y siendo supuestamente hotel fino no me esperaba eso!

Excellent and perfect for that holiday joy!!! My family loves it!

We enjoyed our stay so much!! Kid friendly and perfect for the holidays! Elf savenger hunt was so much fun. All of our meals were delicious. Staff is excellent!!!

Location is rural but still fine

The maid knocked at the door at 9am to “check the room.”

Great location. Really good facilities. Many options for dining.

Each guest room door and storage room door is designed to make the most noise possible. Staff starts using them at 7. There’s no option for using them noiselessly. Incredibly bad design.

We liked the walkability of the neighborhood.

It's quite far from metro BHM. Also, I felt like the service and property fell a little shy of the pricepoint/reputation.

You need to find someone and ask all your questions before your stay.

The ambiance was amazing with a beautiful poolside.

No communication, zero information available to you. The spa is a joke! They don’t ask the proper questions/preferences for your session. room has zero information available; nothing to inform you of restaurants, spa, golf etc. Lack of Information made it confusing getting around the grounds.

Everyone was so friendly and the place was so peaceful.

We couldn't have celebrated our anniversary in a more perfect place.

All of the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. The Bartender and waiting staff also recognized we were celebrating something special and gave us our dessert free. We enjoyed every moment of it.

Maybe, having microwaves in the rooms. That's about all I can think of.

It has an old world quaintness

The loud motor noise from 2-3 am awakened me and I did not go back to sleep. I was given the hospitality suite on 6th floor ????and it seemed to be there.

Paid to much to be placed in a room with a terrible view basically looking at a wall and front door

Price for rooms are too high. Was given a room with a terrible view so I didn’t enjoy my stay at all.

nothing they was racist to me so I left!

they treated me bad because I’m black they thought I was trying to beg for change outside their property when I had reservations!!! they don’t like black peoples so I didn’t even stay!!! I left and I have it all recorded
