Location lovely if you get sea view!
Staff nice & friendly.
Samphire restaurant was excellent!
Street view room is very noisey! Rooms had alot of stains on carpet & bedding!!

It was clean our room was lovely and had a good view of the Forth Rail Bridge. Hotel also left my hubby and I chocolates and a birthday card which was very thoughtful. Staff were all lovely and breakfast was delish x
The stairs🤣 we were in room 17 at the top and my arthritic knees were screaming at me.

Staff were friendly enough on arrival
the place felt tired...the room we stayed in was small and extremely warm, and there was the noise of a washing machine running most of the night which didn't help our sleep.
Dinner was barely passable for the price, the oysters weren't shucked properly with bits of shell everywhere, as an example.
