The location is excellent. The staff and the food were very good as well.
Our room backed onto where the barrels were being stored for the bar, which turned out to be quite noisy overnight. Otherwise it was great.

Wonderful style to the hotel. Great rooms full of character. Wonderful location and the whisky selection very impressive. Breakfast simply amazing.

The hotel was very charming and easy to find right off the bus line from the airport. Staff were friendly and accommodating. They helped us book a reservation for dinner on our last night at their restaurant. We had to call to let them know our tour got delayed and they gave the kitchen staff a heads up to ensure we could still get an order in.
My only issue was that when I went to use the bathtub, I found hairs and a streak of dirt on the tub. I opted for the shower since that looked clean. I didn’t let the staff know, but based on every other experience, I’m sure they would’ve righted the situation if I felt it worth bringing to their attention.

The staff was nice. The hotel had parking. The hotel had on premises bar and resturant.
The photos did not show the huge pop up tents to either side of the hotel the hotel uses as a beer garden, which elimates most of the parking, which casued staff to park directly outside our window, waking us before 7am. Hotel owners seem to be trying to run the place as something other than just a good hotel to the detriment of their guests.
