Chalet Queenstown

Close to city, excellent view!

Very comfortable aesthetic, nice open space on ground floor where breakfast is served. The food was delicious, easily the best breakfasts we had during our trip to New Zealand. Shashank was a wonderful host, genuinely interested in helping us out, provided helpful and (most importantly) honest advice about which activities were worth doing in the area and which were not.

The location so close to the centre was a great plus.

The toilet was broken and could not be flushed for the entire length of the stay. I informed the staff immediately to have it fixed and some ineffectual attempts were made. I needed to use the toilet downstairs in the public entrance area for the entire stay. The rubbish bin in the room was not emptied, only one towel was provided and not changed for the entire stay. Teabags were bot replenished. The cooked breakfast option I ordered was of low quality. It was the worst 'Eggs Benny' I have ever had at an accommodation. The toast was burnt and I had to request a change.
