Really comfortable & clean room.
The spa bath was a bonus especially on a cold Queenstown day.

The property is like a 10-min walk to Queenstown center, but comes with a good, reasonable price... parking is easy and secure, and the whole building offers a stunning view to the snow mountains and the lake from the room.... the suite is compact but fully-equipped with all the necessities, there are two bathrooms, and the kitchen is a bit small, but enough for use... so a good option for families concerned about budget...
There isn't anything that I actually don't like...

The location - close to town centre, the underfloor heating in the bathroom, the heat pump.
Very noisy - The walls must be thin, can hear every noise from next door unit and all water running or draining from other units, this can go late into the night. There is jug in the room but you either have to fill it up in the Hotel laundry or climb in the bath to reach the tap to fill it up from the bath. The pillows were so thin and soft - very uncomfortable if you could get to sleep.
