Very good location.
Well appointed and sizeable bathroom.
Room was small and my request for a double was not given so had twin beds.
I question safety - no key lock on the elevator.
The pool was closed even though it was +30 degrees. I'll accept fault at not reading the small print.

Very good location near the Gran Via and access to many sights including the Royal Palace. Room was very nice with comfortable bed and accommodations . Breakfast was excellent with many selections.
I liked everything at this hotel and would highly recommend. No negatives.

The hotel is located in a really good area, it's central and there is a train station right next to it alongside a small supermarket, so in my opinion the location was absolutely perfectly located. The hotel itself is decorated very nicely and gives a forest vibe in an otherwise urban jungle
If you need absolute silence to sleep then unfortunately this hotel is not for you, the room is not soundproof at all and can hear cars honking outside and people and babies screaming in the hallway.

Brilliant location and loved the living wall
The staff in the rooftop bar were rude and unwelcoming. Poor breakfast for the price
