Excellent location.
Not all rooms are renovated. Lower floors are the old style rooms with no separate wet area in the bathroom. Inefficient service at Reception.

Place is at very convinent & prime location with easy access . Rooms are huge & access to Sea view
Place needs up upgraded in respect of amenities like furniture , bathrooms fittings & accessories , furniture food / in house restaurant. This will mutually help to increase business as well as attract better occupancy.

Except location, there was nothing much to say about this property. Very limited services, and no proper buffet breakfast is a big NO NO. It's not that they have no place. But that place they have given to CCD and are making money through big rent. And leaving guests without much of services.
So won't recommend this property to anyone.
