Reception was not hesitant to move us to the bigger section of the unit when I said our room is small and have limited space for movement as it is the room for kids.
White fresh towels each day although I have to request for to replace the bath mat.
Very close to Huka Falls (it is about 4 kms walk to. We weren't able to walk as it was raining on our scheduled day.
Quiet place.
The aircon isn't working.
It was quite cold on our second and 3rd night.
The bathroom sink clogs.
There are broken glass on the window.
Need refurbishment.
I expected a spa pool or baths.

Easy check in, nice clean apartment , would be a great spot for a longer stay.

All was fine except that I'm no longer used to a single bed so found it a little narrow. The unit was good inside and the receptionist was great. Overall the resort was tired but as we were only there overnight it did not affect our stay. Excellent value for money.

The setting of the Resort was very convenient for my proposed visit to the Falls. It looked very quaint.
I did not expect to have one half of a chalet, with very thin walls between me and the other guests. If this had been mentioned when booking, I would have rather found somewhere else to stay.
