Haymarket Hotel, Firmdale Hotels

This hotel is simply amazing. It has an intimate, boutique-hotel feel, with such a unique and distinctive design. Everything is clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and the staff are absolutely wonderful — so kind, attentive, helpful, and genuinely committed to making sure every detail is taken care of. The rooms are beautifully designed, warm, and inviting. The bathroom is huge and luxurious, and even the scent throughout the room is pleasant and unique. You can really feel that every little detail has been carefully thought through. The location is fantastic and very central, yet it’s not right in the middle of all the noise. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly, Trafalgar Square, and the wonderful Regent Street, and about a 10-minute walk from Covent Garden. There are cafés, public transportation, and everything you could need within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient. The experience doesn’t feel like staying in a huge, impersonal luxury hotel. Instead, it feels like a truly unique boutique hotel — almost warm and family-like. We enjoyed every single moment of our stay and would absolutely love to come back.

Loved the personal service and friendliness of the staff. Great at remembering your name. Location was ideal for the tube and theatre land. The room was beautiful, with fabulous decor and the best pillows. The bar was gorgeous, with lovely music and a great selection of drinks.

This was our first time staying at the hotel. It was unusual not to have Tea/Coffee facilities in the room. We unfortunately didn't realise that it was 'the norm' to order from room service. Whilst I can see their reason behind this, I personally would prefer in room tea/coffee so I can make a cup when needed.

The rooms were very large and beautifully furnished. Everything was exceptional quality. Fully stocked mini bar. The staff were all very approachable and friendly.

I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Charging extra for regular room cleaning when the price was already sky high was a bit much to be honest.

The location of the Haymarket cannot be beat. It is quiet but also near so many museums, shops and theatre. The staff is solicitous without being intrusive. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable with all amenities one could need.
