Style of room - what was in the room (steamer, water. coffee).
Liked breakfast - lovely restaurant good selection and good quality food
Good location
Room needed a bit of tender loving care. A little worn.
Staff on checking in were really friendly. Manager the following morning was not helpful. Asked for a room receipt.
Also overhead him being short with an American couple who were not happy with their room.

Location and comfortable
The lifts have to be some of the worst in any hotel I have ever stayed. They are incredibly slow, wait for ever and very frustrating. This needs to be fixed. You cannot market yourself as a premium hotel and charge the price you do and then have terrible lifts that just ruin the experience.

location and the staff were very helpful.
the hotel itself was very clean and neat
very easy check in and they helped with storing out bags
The room was tiny
Outside was a little unsafe due especially later at night
it was very expensive for what it was
