This is a wonderful and hip hotel in a great part of Soho. The room was beautiful, the staff was very attentive. The location was amazing.
The only thing I can say that's somewhat negative is that we missed having coffee and tea in the room. Most hotels will have these amenities but they were not available in the room.

We received a complimentary upgrade. The room is very spacious, the service is excellent, and the location is perfect. The breakfast is outstanding.
