The welcome pack of Prosecco, bottled water and sweets was a nice surprise. During our stay we met three different staff on reception and each one was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They sent excellent clear directions on how to reach the accommodation. The nearest metro station was less than 100 metres away. There was mere lots of shops, restaurants and a few roof bars nearby. The room had all we needed and everything was spotlessly clean.
I found the pillow a bit hard but used the square cushion on the bed as a pillow and it was fine

It was clean and staff were nice
It was too noisy as it is in a busy area and main street , the noise didn’t let me sleep the whole night , people were outside the whole night also the cars noise was too loud

The location was great. The Lady on reception was very helpful.
The pictures of the rooms were very deceptive, there was barely room to stand, let alone store cases. The shower was so narrow, the shower curtain stuck to your body, and I almost flooded the room. The bathroom, such as it was, so small the sink was in the bedroom.
