Hotel Les Haras By Stay Collection

Location and the friendly staff

Rooms were bright and clean with good shower rooms, but the rooms were soulless without any soft seating. Also no water was provided, which was unusual compared to other hotels we have visited

Perfect stay in every way. Nothing bad to report. Staff went over and above to make the stay wonderful.

Not applicable as there were no faults.

Jedzenie w restauracji znakomite, pokój rewelacja, czystość rewelacja. Hotel rewelacja

na ulicy 40 stopni w cieniu ale to nie była wina hotelu tylko pogody

The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore Strasbourg. The property has some nice facilities and the staff were generally friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a perfectly fine stay and a convenient base for the city.

Unfortunately, the hotel didn’t quite live up to expectations for the price. There was a mix-up at reception when we arrived, as we were given another guest’s room because they had the same last name and the team became confused. This was eventually resolved, but it wasn’t a great first impression. Our room was quite basic and felt somewhat worn and tired, which was disappointing given the price. The spa also requires you to book a time slot, and when we visited there was very little atmosphere, so it didn’t feel particularly relaxing or special. The coffee was also very disappointing, especially considering the prices being charged. Overall, the hotel was fine and the location is good, but for the price we expected a more polished and memorable experience.
