Excellent location in the little France, 15mns away on foot from the train station. What I like in the room: no carpet, very large and despite the fact it's an ancient "hotel particulier " no noise and I slept like a baby in a good confortable bed.
Breakfast: a nice selection of specialities, the eggs were overcooked unfortunately, overall a very decent Breakfast.
Honestly, nothing!

We absolutely loved this beautiful hotel. Rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was perfect right in the heart of all the main sights. The staff was wonderful. We ate at their adjoined restaurant and it was delicious. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel & Spa Le Bouclier dor. The staff were friendly and helpful with trip planning. The hotel is centrally located. The room is luxurious and very quiet.

Location, staff and room were excellent
We knew that it was in old town and cars were restricted however it would have been nice to have clearer instructions on what cars (taxis) were able to drop us off in front of the hotel. We were not told that only taxis had this privilege and we used Bolt and a private driver. Therefore we had to drag our suitcases over cobblestones. My husband uses a cane and this was very difficult
