Belvedere Swiss Quality Hotel

EVERYTHING! Exceptional hotel with FABULOUS views and location.

First night, we ate dinner at "a la carte'" and literally were waiting for service for 25 minutes. Staff was running around past us. New customers were being seated and receiving drinks while we had nothing. We ended up stopping manager and complained. Waiter came and said he had a large party of 20. Almost ruined an incredible 1st impression start. We had reservations the next night for our anniversary in the Gondola Fondue. Almost cancelled due to first impression, however, we did not and had a fabulous time. Waitress was from the Ukraine (sorry forgot her name). Breakfast buffet was nice, however, after 4 days it was always the same. A change up with maybe sausage or quiche would be a good thought.

Extremely friendly and attentious staff; excellent room with superb view and restaurant with good food. But above all friendly and attentive staff, everybody.

Liked it all

I like everything about this cosy clean hotel , the view is superb. the staff is nice .. oh the food is special ! Hand made pasta.. the omelet .. the drinks , i really enjoyed my stay The owner himself helping the staff to make clients happy! Such a wonderful experience!

Staff was wonderful. Everyone from bartender to housekeeper! Train pick / drop off was very classy. Relaxing, inviting, and comfortable lounge bar.

Restaurant for dinner could be better. We would’ve preferred simpler, less salty, less “innovative” food.
