Hotel Born

Elegant and characterful property conveniently located in the heart of Palma. Outdoor dining was situated in central courtyard making meal times a pleasant experience. Breakfast was of a high standard and plentiful. We are not early risers so appreciated it running until 11am. Beds were very comfortable and on the softer side, which I loved.

Poor soundproofing and absence of blackout curtains made sleeping difficult, especially during dining hours as our room overlooked the courtyard. Squeaky bathroom door handle in our room - 203

Beautiful, large rooms, great breakfast

It was beautiful, breakfast was great, very thoughtful atmosphere, perfect & central location, staff was AMAZING!!! Overall one of my favorite hotels

No elevator (which is totally fine, doormen help with bags but not suitable for handicapped), rooms have thin walls and if they are street-facing it can be very loud. We were told we would have 2 rooms with 2 twin beds, one room and a kind and the other had a queen.

Gorgeous foyer area but that was probably the highlight. Breakfast was ok too. Decent location.

Not a good choice at all if you have ANY sort of mobility issues. Our room was on the third floor around the back of the building so quite a few steps up and down daily. One nice helpful young gentleman on reception but found two other gentlemen working there not as friendly or helpful. Although our room was up on third floor the courtyard dining area was directly below and this was very noisy every night which kept us awake. Expected more for the cost I paid so couldnt say that it was value for money.
