Great location and it was very clean! Staff was friendly and helpful.
I had a problem with the access card for my apartment. Every day the same - it stops working, no idea why. Going up and down the stairs without elevator was a bit frustrating, but staff was helpful and resolved the issue every time.

We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The location, breakfast and apartment were excellent, and the staff was warm and attentive. Everything we could ask for. We will definitely stay here on our next visit to Strasbourg.
There is an elevator to access the rooms in the first building, but the apartments in the back building are reached by stairs only. It was not a problem whatsoever, since the staff carried all our luggage to the apartment, they were fantastic.

Location, breakfast was good, ability to drink coffee in the middle of the day
Rooms are dated, super uncomfortable shower

Great location
The property just seemed worn down and dated and the room was clean overall but just didn’t feel clean. The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night as well and we didn’t really get any direction from the staff, just a lot of confusion until we were told it was a false alarm and could go back to our rooms.
