Great hotel located right in front of Plaza de España and 1 minute walk away from Gran Vía. The staff was super friendly, the room impeccable, and the breakfast buffet quite rich and varied. I'd definitely stay here again!

Good location, clean and nice room (though a little bland).
The advertised outdoor pool had been shut already for 'winter' (35 degrees outside still) and the whole upper floor was shut so I could not even sit in the sun. Because of this I felt it was massively overpriced for what was available. Dealing with the spa was also very difficult and involved about 20 messages to and fro, and the 'thermal circuit' is very disappointing - just a jacuzzi and sauna. Not worth the money at all. I paid almost £500 and didn't even get breakfast.
