Really friendly & hospitable staff. Thanks Mick & Ruth

The location was just a few street outside the main city center, but it was calmer which we really appreciated. Our stay was fantastic, the house and room very clean and beautiful, the breakfast was really good, but what made it overall even better was the warm welcome of Mick and Mandy. We cannot thank them more for how they treated us during our stay, and we strongly recommend to anyone passing by York to stop at their beautiful house

Everything was amazing, the location was just a 10 mins walk to the centre of York and the wall. Mick was so friendly, helpful and full of York knowledge. The room was big and beautiful with an huge en-suite. The bed was comfy and the room had everything you can need. Lovely front and back garden area for the non-rainy months. The breakfast was yummy and Mick even gave us Mancs a sausage barm.
There was absolutely nothing we didn't like.
