Santiago de Alfama - Boutique Hotel

The hotel is lovely, unique and very comfortable. What really made the stay exceptional was the staff who constantly went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The staff was perhaps the most helpful hotel staff I have experienced. We got concierge help proactively before we arrived. There were beverages upon arrival. The room was ready when we arrived early. The front desk team gave us detailed directions and a map, before helping to carry bags to the room and show us the room. When we left, the gentleman at the front desk absolutely insisted, in a nice way of course, that he help with our bags to the car. Beyond the staff, the location was very nice and quiet, the A/C turned out to be the best on our trip, and the shower was amazing. This hotel is not directly in the main tourist path, which is great, but is very close to everything. We would stay here again without hestation.
