Fabulous view, wonderful staff
Although I was aware on booking that there was no lift, I did find it at my age exhausting going up the stairs

We liked the location and the friendly staff.
We didn’t like this hotel. While it looked good in the pictures, the actual experience staying in the hotel was very disappointing. The bed was uncomfortable while sleeping, there was rainwater leaking inside the room, and the sound insulation was insufficient. We were asked to leave the key at the reception if we went out, and we were also told that we would pay city tax in cash when checking out but all taxes were already paid with the booking. Overall, it really didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel.
