Cretan Dream Resort & Spa

It was in a good location. Staff were nice and accommodating. We were upgraded to a nicer room.

The pool was freezing. A heated pool would have been nice. More importantly, I left a wrapped cookie in the room that I got at breakfast. When we came back a few hours later, we had an infestation of ants all over the dresser and the walls next to the dresser. The manager tried to alleviate the problem with an ant gel that they gathered to but they were also on the floor and we had to kill them separately and then we found them in the bed sheets. We had to move to another room and were downgraded to our original room.

ALL staff, food, hospitality, cleanliness - excellent

A suggestion : a connection / reservation of part of the beach would make this hotel just unique.

Friendly staff, great location, lovely facilities especially the pool and gym

Nothing

Definitely a resort, but at the same time authentic. Great food, we ate in four out of the five nights we were there. The balcony was a great size and the kitchenette in the room was much appreciated by us.

Nothing really, maybe it could do with some more sun lounges and larger umbrellas.
