I love the location! Its right in front of leaning tower of Pisa. Our room was clean and very comfortable.
Receptionist was a little bit rude when he was checking us in. The wifi signal was spotty.

We picked it for the perfect location and got so much more. A warm welcome, early check in, well stocked room. There were 11 of us taking 6 rooms and everyone was super happy. Undoubtably one of the most special hotels we have ever stayed in. Elyssa is the sweetest, kindest staff member. Surpassed all our expectations!
Nothing not to like.

Lovely stylish room looked onto the courtyard.
Comfortable bed and nice bed linen/towels.
Great location central to the city and attractions.
The only issue we had was collecting our luggage the following lunchtime after the member of staff agreed we could leave it there to collect later. Unable to contact him by phone/email but fortunately the staff from the adjoining restaurant had a key to the main door so all was well in the end!
