A good location for both the train station/airport but also for getting to the old town.
Communication was excellent and very helpful
We were able to drop our bags early which was great for visiting the centre.
There isn’t too much to dislike. A little noisy at night time if other guests are moving about.
The hosts are working very hard to make you feel welcome but might to consider starting breakfast a little earlier for people staying with early morning flights. 8am makes it tight when trying to clear security and passport control.

We stayed just for a night, left. Left early, not able to enjoy the breakfast, the host offered us a cup of coffee. Very helpful and accommodating.

The host, Roberto, was very welcoming and kind. The balcony, overlooking the pretty garden, was a lovely spot for breakfast. The pet tortoises and hens were very cute!
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room but a kettle etc was provided in the breakfast room.

Great location and very easy check in. Close to train station,10 minute walk,and easy taxi ride to airport. Roberto was very quick to respond to messages, provided maps and recommendations that we used and were really impressed with. Ristorante Galileo was wonderful, only 5 minutes walk from Villa Gini.
Nothing to add. It was great!
