MNM muziek tijdens het ontbijt. English breakfast was koud. Koffie niet sterk genoeg.

The staff "made" the hotel. If it hadn't been for their kindness, positive response and physical help I would not have stayed. Once renovation and re-landscapung work has finished I'm positive that the centre will live up to expectations and online description. Until then, I feel the online description is a misrepresentation of reality. The indoor facilities are modern, well appointed, with good sized rooms and bathroom. The breakfast buffet is varied and what I'd expect for this class of hotel. But the best are... the staff!

Poor (non-existent) communication with management. Total online misrepresentation of the grounds which literally looked like the building sire they were. Location is not ideal if one is looking for "nightlife" in the city. Personal means of transport is essential.

Das Bett war bequem

Zimmer viel zu kalt, selbst über Nacht erreicht die Anlage nicht die gewünschte Temperatur. Badezimmer ebenfalls kalt. Nur im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers eine kleine Deckenlampe, dadurch ist das Zimmer sehr kühl und dunkel. Auch das übrige Hotel war sehr klimatisiert. Der komplette Bereich vor dem Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle, über die vorab nicht informiert wurde. Der ausgeschriebene Parkplatz stand nicht zur Verfügung. Bis man es mit Koffer in das Hotel schafft, ist man komplett gelb vom Sand der Baustelle. Nachts gibt es keine Beleuchtung vor dem Hotel und der Weg ist sehr uneben, wir mussten Taschenlampen benutzen. Wir sind vorzeitig abgereist, das Hotel erstattet keine Kosten und verweist an booking. Besser nicht über booking buchen!
