We adored everything. The kitchenette enabled us to cook a lovely dinner after the Ballet, in a relaxed atmosphere rather than formally in a restaurant, the bed was too comfortable and our sleep too deep and restful, we wanted to stay forever. The spa bath alone warrants another visit. My new favourite getaway hotel in Melbourne, close enough to the CBD, and taking trams was great fun.
I didnt like the fact that the same room from their site is offered at $150 less than I paid thru booking.com, and the tiniest touch, Salt and pepper would have been helpful, small detail only.

There was no conditioner in the dispenser.

Not much.
Sink in bathroom was leaking each time you ran it. When you showered water came out onto floor. Ran out of shampoo and gels. The view was poor, not as advertised on internet.
