Elevator to 48floor then you take the elevator to either 49 or 50 floor. Unit was excellent with two bathrooms, bedrooms and washer/ dryer also had full kitchen although I don’t think many use but we certainly did. It does take some time to cook a full meal steak and veggies ( frozen) fry pan is very small and only a small pot. We did buy a larger pan but unfortunately it would not work with induction cooker.

We liked the property only suggestion we would have is detailed instructions on how to use stove top, convection cooker and washer dryer. We were able to figure out how but it would be much easier if in writing to be able to refer to. Also no details on what to do when the rubbish bin is full as it turns out you tie the bag up and leave it outside your door for the hotel staff to get rid of. Note on bench would have made this easier instead of having to contact front desk.

Fantastic location, spacious apartment on the upper floors overlooking Dallas. Extremely friendly and helpful downstairs staff. The property was clean, cool and had snacks and waters on arrival.

The beds were really soft but otherwise fine.

Property was nice and very secure in a downtown section with many homeless around. It was a bit confusing at first as you had to change elevators to get to our floor but instructions were very clear and helpful. The view was amazing and although the room was small, it perfect for just my wife and I.

The vending machines by the front desk weren’t working, and for some reason our ceiling fan would keep shutting off and then restarting throughout the night. The AC thermostat also didn’t work properly as far as setting temps. It said stay cool however.

Love the location and the views! The room are very comfortable and beds are great!!

I booked two rooms this time and it was complicated checking in given it’s done all online. Was a real pain.
