Hampton Inn & Suites Dallas Downtown

Fantastic Location: You can easily walk around downtown Dallas without needing a car. There are plenty of sights, restaurants, and shops nearby. Comfortable Rooms: The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout our stay.

Valet Parking Issues: Parking is valet-only and costs $55 per night, which felt overpriced. Worse, when we requested our car back, it took a full 44 minutes to arrive. Breakfast & Waste: The breakfast options were quite limited, particularly if you are looking for healthy choices. Most shockingly, the hotel relies entirely on single-use styrofoam plates, plastic cups, and plastic cutlery. It felt completely wasteful and not environmentally friendly at all—there was nothing washable or reusable available. Pool: The swimming pool was absolutely freezing, making it unusable during our visit.

Super central location

Only valet parking option available. Gym was small and sparsely furnished.

Very clean and wonderful staff

The temperature in the room was difficult to control. It would get too cold then too hot and it would take long to change.
