Great

Great to receive welcome note and keep in touch with our need. Clean and best beds. Electric kettle with coffee and tea.

It was a surprise that no breakfast was on offer, given that thebooking was relatively expensive, but there was 10% discount on breakfast in a very pleasant cafe opposite and there were plenty of eateries in the neighbourhood, which was central to Florence.

Communication went very well with quick responses from team! They were flexible and friendly about check-in, shared local tips and a delight to have as hosts. The hotel is in the middle of things, it is a delight to walk into the street and see the Duomo every morning, while Dell´Academia is a stones throw away. The recommended breakfast and pastry place over the street Ricardo we visited every morning for their wonderful pastries and savoury croissants. We had some more help with baggage storage on the day of departure. Pricing was good, there wasn´t much noice from the streets and we slept well all 4 nights. We really appreciated the friendly touch of the hotel and would gladly recommend others to stay here!
