Excellent experience. Staff is polite, helpful and professional. The lobby lounge has many different places to sit with a nice array of food and drinks to choose from. The property location and beach style is very relaxing.

Everything at this hotel breezily exceeds standards. From the moment you drop off the car at valet and staff opens the doors to the posh lobby, to check-in, to elegantly appointed guest rooms, to all the amenities… everything is superb. But where they stand out most is friendliness, helpfulness, and politeness of staff.

We had the most stunning ocean view room with 2 balconies. Beautifully decorated, bright and spacious with shutters on the windows of course. The restaurants were first class - we loved 1 Pico but our daily breakfast at Coast and dinner overlooking the ocean were the highlights of our trip with the most stunning sunsets over Santa Monica Pier. Great location for exploring. Highly recommended!
