Very welcoming and warm place! The rooms design is so cosy, and the attention to detail is great. The welcoming note was such a lovely touch, and the treats too! Every single person from the staff we spoke to were lovely and helpful. It made us feel very cared for and special.

The room way very cute and had a lovely welcoming vibe. It was nicely decorated with even two types of pillows. Overall it was a really lovely venue, with the restaurant attached directly to the hotel. Staff were very friendly.
There was no elevator in the hotel. Also, breakfast was incredibly pricey (60 pounds for a family of four--one entree and two coffees, two hot chocolates). Dinner was tasty but also incredible pricey...in the end I would choose the hotel but not the restaurant with the prices of food.

Excellent room, excellent staff. I didn't have breakfast, but dinner very good with interesting menu, not standard pub grub. If you want dinner I'd strongly suggest you book a table in advance, restaurant was full both nights, which says it all really.

Didn't have breakfast ,.when I booked I thought continental breakfast was included. However this was not the case. Thought the price was high with that in mind .
Booked a twin room , was given a large double instead.
Very noisy, and woken at 5am by refuse collection taking place under the bedroom window.
