great location and great spot to enjoy all the island has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a last minute "staycation". There were only two of us and it was perfect for a getaway. We love Balboa Island and have always wanted to stay there. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location while not on the water was a good spot to be close to the shops and beach. The garage parking spot is key. They did have laundry machine and dryer if needed. The kitchen had the normal items you'd need. The bed was comfortable. The living room and the king size bedroom both had tv's. The AC unit was good for the living room. The bedrooms didn't get quite as cool but they had fans in both bedrooms so we used one of the fans to help blow the cooler air from the living room into the bedroom and that worked for us. Granted we were lucky and didn't have very hot days. There is a little porch when you first walk in that had some seating and an umbrella to block the sun. The communication was very nice. They let us know that if we needed anything to just contact them. We had a very nice stay and would stay there again.

We loved the location of this home. We enjoyed restaurants, wonderful shops only two blocks away and our walks around the island each morning. The home was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The living spaces were very comfortable.
