On the first living level (2nd floor) is the living area with a cozy sofa and a flat-screen TV (satellite) as well as a DVD player, adjacent to which is the well-equipped kitchenette. You can enjoy your meals together in the separate dining area.
The bathroom is also located on the lower level of the apartment. It is equipped with a shower and toilet. The heated towel rack provides cozy warmth here.
An open wooden staircase leads from the kitchen area up to the second living level (top floor).
Here you’ll find an open sleeping loft furnished with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm, height 51 cm), a small sitting area, and storage space.
The furnished southwest-facing balcony, which you can access from the living room, rounds out this comfortable vacation home.

Special Features

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. The bedroom can be completely darkened. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles

There is a publicly accessible, lockable storage shed on the property (with limited space). There, you can safely store bicycles you’ve rented or brought with you, as well as similar items. There are also bike racks on the property.

You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. This rental service also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating).
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 through August 31, continuous bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
