The spacious living area, decorated in warm colors and colonial style, features a cozy sitting area and a comfortable dining area. Satellite TV (flat-screen) and a variety of books are provided for your entertainment.
The comfortable open-concept kitchen is equipped with helpful appliances, from a microwave to a dishwasher.
The larger bedroom features a wide double bed (180x200 cm / height 43 cm), a flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet; the smaller guest/children’s room features a single bed (90x200 cm / height 53 cm). Here, too, you’ll find a closet for your clothes.
The modern, interior bathroom features a shower and toilet. The heated towel rack provides cozy warmth.
On the furnished, weather-protected loggia facing the Baltic Sea (northeast), you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the ocean view.
Special Features

Smoking is not permitted in this vacation rental. A washing machine is available for your use in the communal laundry room in the basement. The beautifully landscaped, well-maintained property with a garden also features a small on-site playground.

Bicycles
There is a lockable storage shed on the property that is open to all guests (with limited space). There, you can securely store your rented or personal bicycles and similar items. There is also a bike rack on the property.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bicycle. In addition, this rental shop offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pickup and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!

Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating). Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.
Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit including dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax will be calculated in the booking confirmation: The tourist tax is payable for all persons aged 16 and older in accordance with municipal regulations. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a disability ID card.
