The apartment features a cozy combined living and dining area. Here you’ll find a 40-inch flat-screen TV and a stereo system for your entertainment. The comfortable seating and wingback chair create a cozy atmosphere. The couch can also be used as a third sleeping option. A separate dining area allows you to enjoy meals together.
On the furnished south-facing terrace, which you can access from the living area, an electric grill invites you to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, and many other appliances.
In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed and a closet for your clothes.
The large, modern tiled bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet. You can also use the washing machine free of charge if needed.

Special Features

A cozy, non-smoking apartment with a south-facing terrace. The washing machine in the bathroom is also very convenient, especially for longer stays. The roller shutters allow you to completely darken the rooms. The apartment’s own beach chair on the terrace rounds out the package. There’s a separate storage shed right next to the house for your bicycles. The windows are equipped with fly screens/insect screens.

Bicycles

There is a lockable storage shed (No. 5) belonging to the apartment on the property. Bicycles [&] Co. can be stored safely here.
You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes utilities. Each additional guest aged 4 and older is subject to a fee per night, including linens.

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Room service - Includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests aged 4 and older, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s Tax - The visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
