The living and dining areas are open to each other and include a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining nook for two people, and a cozy living area with a comfortable couch. Additionally, a stereo system and satellite TV are available for entertainment.
Standard household appliances (stove with oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and refrigerator with freezer) allow you to prepare your own meals without restriction.
The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable, modern box-spring bed (160x200 cm). It also features a spacious closet.
In addition to a shower with a very low threshold (only 4 cm high!) and a toilet, the bathroom also has a hair dryer.
The furnished terrace faces west, where you can enjoy the afternoon sun.

Special Features

Thanks to its ground-floor location, this non-smoking vacation rental is also suitable for seniors and offers easy access. There is a beach chair on the terrace. The beach is only 150 meters away and easily accessible on foot. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace.

Bicycles

You can rent bikes in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental period and the type of bicycle. This rental shop also offers many other bicycle-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from the vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is based on occupancy by two people and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heating).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.

Important Information for (Construction) Company Bookings

Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests (ages 4 and up), final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are subject to this tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
