This modern and cozy vacation apartment, furnished for 2 guests and equipped with Wi-Fi, awaits you on the first floor with approximately 55 square metersof living space.
The apartment features a cozy, modern living and dining area with an open kitchenette, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, and plenty of dishes and glasses. A large TV and a stereo system provide multimedia entertainment in the living area.
The floor-to-ceiling windows create a wonderful atmosphere, and direct access to the landscaped, furnished southwest-facing terrace is another plus of this apartment.
The bedroom features a box-spring bed (180x200m) and a wardrobe for your clothes. Blackout pleated blinds are installed on the windows in the bedroom.
Designer flooring was chosen for the kitchen, living area, and bedroom.
The bathroom is tiled and equipped with a shower and toilet.

This is a non-smoking apartment. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the building’s basement. Sustainable [&] eco-friendly—the apartment is powered by green electricity.

Bicycles

There is a shared basement in the building with a laundry room, accessible via an outdoor staircase with a separate entrance. There is also an electrical outlet here, e.g., for charging e-bikes. In addition, there is a shared bike rack for 4 bicycles at the entrances.

You can rent bicycles in the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, for example, from our co-partner “way2bike” at Ostseeallee 15a. Rates depend on the rental duration and the type of bike. This rental shop also offers many other bike-related items, as well as handcarts and much more. Feel free to use their pick-up and drop-off service to and from your vacation rental. Our guests receive a 10% discount here!
Booking Information

The price is valid for two guests and includes linens and utilities (electricity, water, heat).

Towels are not included. Towel sets can be booked separately.

Dear guests, please note that during the peak season from July 1 to August 31, consecutive bookings are mandatory. You can view the current availability calendar at any time.
Important information for (construction) company bookings
Online bookings are not permitted! If needed, please send us an inquiry via email.
Room service—includes freshly made beds with linens for all booked guests ages 4 and up, final cleaning after departure, and a vacation rental starter kit containing dishwasher tablets, dish soap, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.

Visitor’s tax—the visitor’s tax is calculated in the booking confirmation: According to municipal regulations, all guests aged 16 and older are required to pay the visitor’s tax. You will receive a discount upon presentation of a severely disabled person’s ID card.
